frontSold!  11 days on the market! This house received two offers at full price or above, and sold at more than full price. What made the difference?  Great property that was sale ready. The owners committed time and some money to making this home ready to sell. They painted, replaced wall paper, cleaned and mowed. Accurate pricing: My statistics showed an ‘optimistic’ pricing strategy that I felt I could support if the sellers followed my advice on getting the property ready for market. Cooperation with other agents is always important, but even more so with a hot listing that is getting a lot of attention and multiple buyers. Really good marketing materials, and hitting the market with a Bang: online, in the mail box, on the websites. Great photos, great signage, good information. Attention to detail in the entire process. Good follow through and paying attention to my client’s needs and goals, and helping answer questions  before they got asked. Appraisal support. Yes, appraisal was a challenge but meeting the appraiser with my comps and pricing strategy helped bring in an appraisal that supported a strong sales price. What can I do for you?
