This moorage is not gated, and is accessed by a ramp from Bridgeton Road. The slip fees at time of this writing are between $650 and $800 a month, and they include public water and sewer, trash service, maintenance and slip rent. Buoy One moorage is well cared for, and has easy access to I-5 and Marine Drive.
